Hudson Ethics 2 focuses on providing cost effective review services for the financial disclosure needs of clients in the United Nations System. Our team has worked with clients at the beginning of the review exercise to design procedures that fit their requirements. We have already developed the methodology to quickly review reports and identify missing data and potential conflicts of interest. Our associates have conducted their work while maintaining strict confidentiality with the data in accordance with the client’s requirements. We have reviewed thousands of transactions and activities reported by individual staff and compared them against their job functions to assess if there is a conflict of interest.
We are well grounded in the theory and practice of financial disclosure as it applies to UN organizations. We are familiar with United Nations rules, regulations, policies and executive directives pertaining to Financial Disclosure, Conflict of Interest, Outside Activities, Political Activity, Acceptance of Awards, Gifts & Favors etc.
We have provided consultancy services for FAO, IFAD, IOM, UNFPA, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNOPS, WFP, WIPO.
On being awarded a contract, HE2 would be able to immediately undertake the assignment without the need for a learning curve or for extensive background briefings on the work of the organization and on the financial disclosure policy.
